First of all, the location of the hotel was not ideal. It was quite far from the bus interchange and it took us around 20 minutes to walk to the food street. there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which made it convenient for us to grab a bite or do some shopping.
The language barrier was a major drawback. None of the staff spoke English, except for one who could speak Chinese.

During my stay over New Year's, the staff was extremely helpful in answering any questions and fulfilling our requests quickly. The beds were quite hard, but they provided extra comforters to make the sleeping experience more pleasant. the location was decent, being only a 20-minute walk from the food street.
The language barrier, as most of the staff did not speak English fluently. Another was the uncomfortable bed, which made a lot of spring noise throughout the night.

The staff was very helpful and did their best to accommodate our requests such as providing extra comforters to make the beds more comfortable. the location was relatively close to a food street and offered a comfortable walking distance. Another advantage was the fact that the hotel offered language support, specifically, one of the staff spoke Chinese which helped to alleviate communication difficulties.
The beds were incredibly hard and made loud spring noises; this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
